I know there are tons of complaints against these diapers. But I must say to my children, were great diapers. We used pampers since my son was born. I was completely in love with Pee indicator used to put on swaddlers. I was angry when removed, and then found that the diapers are heavily scented. I felt as if they had just arrived from baby powder factory. When switching to a dry version of Max, I noticed the smell disappeared. I never had a loss of these children and my son is a super soaker. He never Diaper two. They are also thinner, so it fits more in the diaper bag, diapers, trolleys, drawer changing table, or what you are. My son will be a year now and we intend to use the first versions of these cruisers. They feel as soft as the original swaddlers to see how it can be troublesome for children with sensitive skin. My son has never had a problem with it.

I haven’t had any problems with the new Dry Max Pampers, and I have a number of friends who use them and haven’t had any problems. My daughter leaked all the time at night when I used the old Swaddlers, but she doesn’t leak with the Dry Max. Sure, they have a smell to them, but so do the old Swaddlers. It’s really not that bad! All diapers have some smell to them, and Pampers still smell better than a lot of other brands. As far as diaper rashes go, I have friends whose babies got diaper rashes from the old Swaddlers too. Some babies are just very sensitive to certain diapers. I don’t think the problem is as bad as some people are making it out to be. Pampers would recall the diapers if that many babies got severe diaper rashes from them. I do feel bad for the babies who were affected, though. Overall, I think the Swaddlers Dry Max are great. Pampers are still the best diapers to me!

While those diapers were adequate, we didn’t really like the way that they forced our daughter to waddle with her knees turned out once she started learning to walk. I saw some Huggies Supremes advertising a more shaped fit in their toddler sizes, and decided to try a package. What a difference it made! Not only did she walk more easily, but the diapers also had a significantly higher capacity, meaning that a single diaper would usually last through the night without overflowing. In addition, the fit was better to the point that poop explosions became a thing of the past. It was really nice not having to change soiled clothing along with the diapers. Other parents we know report similar experiences. When our second child came along, there was no question – he started using Huggies Supremes right from the start. Modern diapers have come a long way from the old cloth diapers, so here are a few tips for using them. - The absorbent material in modern diapers is so effective that the diaper won’t feel wet, and won’t release any urine odor. The way to tell that the diaper needs to be changed is to squeeze slightly at the front of the crotch – on boys, a little higher, just above the private parts. If it feels like it did when the diaper was put on, it’s still dry. If it feels more full and squishy, like a gel, it’s wet. Poop you’ll still have to tell by smell and the child’s behavior. - When putting these diapers on, stretch the elastic across the baby’s back slightly, and make sure the front is also snug when velcroing the tabs shut. This will help minimize the chance of leaks at the waist or leg holes. - A couple tricks for diapering in general: when changing a diaper, I spread the clean diaper out under the child first, before removing the dirty diaper. After undoing the tabs, I grab both ankles in my left hand, lift a couple of inches, remove the dirty diaper, and clean the baby from the back forward before lowering the baby’s behind onto the clean diaper. For a boy, put a wipe over the front while doing the change to avoid fountains. This large box of 84 diapers contains two clear plastic bags with 42 diapers in each. The bags have perforations and act as fairly convenient dispensers after removal from the box. Huggies Supremes do cost a bit more than most other brands, but you will probably also use fewer diapers because of their larger capacity. I get so disgusted when I see someone with a baby or toddler who is dressed only in a diaper. This is really gross when they put them in a shopping cart where you put food (yes some of us put food on the top area) and I have seen kids in diapers running around the stores. I think you should put some clothes on your child. It is just not acceptable to go out in your underwear especially when you poop in it. Children need to have something on even if it is a sleepsuit .
