These diapers are a little more money but worth no leaks! There is no odor or dyes in the diaper liner either which is nice! I try to save money by using the huggies snug and dry during the day and the little movers at night. My child sleeps through the whole night (10 plus hours) and is almost a year old and he has been waking up for 3 months in a row without being wet himself because these diapers are super absorbant.

That little body has enough to do on its own already. Finally, there is one area where pampers work better: one of our kids was premature and weighed 4 lbs 3 oz., we found that the pampers worked better at this very small size. But after we passed the “P” size, it was clear that the Huggies Supreme was best.

I know there are tons of complaints against these diapers. But I must say to my children, were great diapers. We used pampers since my son was born. I was completely in love with Pee indicator used to put on swaddlers. I was angry when removed, and then found that the diapers are heavily scented. I felt as if they had just arrived from baby powder factory. When switching to a dry version of Max, I noticed the smell disappeared. I never had a loss of these children and my son is a super soaker. He never Diaper two. They are also thinner, so it fits more in the diaper bag, diapers, trolleys, drawer changing table, or what you are. My son will be a year now and we intend to use the first versions of these cruisers. They feel as soft as the original swaddlers to see how it can be troublesome for children with sensitive skin. My son has never had a problem with it.

All of that is so unnatural to me. They do not hold pee well at all. They get very heavy and you really need to change more often as a result. They are also inferior night time diapers. My daughter would wake up and have leaked out every day for three days onto her sheet. I really hope these go away.

A good friend’s daughter was the perfect size for these (18 lbs) and she was thrilled to try them out. The Swaddlers fit perfectly, but the Cruisers were (as to be expected) a little big. After a few weeks of use, her reaction was lukewarm. Since the baby was starting to be a little more active, the Swaddlers were a little too constraining. She ended up only using them around bedtime. The Cruisers were, however, still a little big but she thinks once the baby grows into them, they will be great. I also think it’s adorable how the Swaddlers have pictures of baby Sesame Street characters, while the Cruisers show the characters a little more grown up. I would recommend the lower size Swaddlers, but once the baby starts to get more active, they may not be the best choice.

I haven’t had any problems with the new Dry Max Pampers, and I have a number of friends who use them and haven’t had any problems. My daughter leaked all the time at night when I used the old Swaddlers, but she doesn’t leak with the Dry Max. Sure, they have a smell to them, but so do the old Swaddlers. It’s really not that bad! All diapers have some smell to them, and Pampers still smell better than a lot of other brands. As far as diaper rashes go, I have friends whose babies got diaper rashes from the old Swaddlers too. Some babies are just very sensitive to certain diapers. I don’t think the problem is as bad as some people are making it out to be. Pampers would recall the diapers if that many babies got severe diaper rashes from them. I do feel bad for the babies who were affected, though. Overall, I think the Swaddlers Dry Max are great. Pampers are still the best diapers to me!

While those diapers were adequate, we didn’t really like the way that they forced our daughter to waddle with her knees turned out once she started learning to walk. I saw some Huggies Supremes advertising a more shaped fit in their toddler sizes, and decided to try a package. What a difference it made! Not only did she walk more easily, but the diapers also had a significantly higher capacity, meaning that a single diaper would usually last through the night without overflowing. In addition, the fit was better to the point that poop explosions became a thing of the past. It was really nice not having to change soiled clothing along with the diapers. Other parents we know report similar experiences. When our second child came along, there was no question – he started using Huggies Supremes right from the start. Modern diapers have come a long way from the old cloth diapers, so here are a few tips for using them. - The absorbent material in modern diapers is so effective that the diaper won’t feel wet, and won’t release any urine odor. The way to tell that the diaper needs to be changed is to squeeze slightly at the front of the crotch – on boys, a little higher, just above the private parts. If it feels like it did when the diaper was put on, it’s still dry. If it feels more full and squishy, like a gel, it’s wet. Poop you’ll still have to tell by smell and the child’s behavior. - When putting these diapers on, stretch the elastic across the baby’s back slightly, and make sure the front is also snug when velcroing the tabs shut. This will help minimize the chance of leaks at the waist or leg holes. - A couple tricks for diapering in general: when changing a diaper, I spread the clean diaper out under the child first, before removing the dirty diaper. After undoing the tabs, I grab both ankles in my left hand, lift a couple of inches, remove the dirty diaper, and clean the baby from the back forward before lowering the baby’s behind onto the clean diaper. For a boy, put a wipe over the front while doing the change to avoid fountains. This large box of 84 diapers contains two clear plastic bags with 42 diapers in each. The bags have perforations and act as fairly convenient dispensers after removal from the box. Huggies Supremes do cost a bit more than most other brands, but you will probably also use fewer diapers because of their larger capacity. Each parent can attest to the fear of the two a.m. scream. Will your kid be wailing for you because he needs a diaper change? Did the diaper hold back your kid’s cannon of feces, or did it surrender? The Nasty Nappy Region – Bring You Poop Shields! Lucky for me, my husband was the one to experience the first “poop explosion” at our house! My husband was taking a shift of night duty when my son was a few weeks old. When he heard our son crying, he went over to his room to see what was going on. My husband decided to turn on a low light and try changing his diaper. He gently lifted him onto the changing table and removed his diaper. He pulled out a new diaper, and lifted my son’s legs to put on the new diaper. My husband saw a little poop on his bottom, and cleverly wiped it off before it made a mess of the new diaper. However, the “little bit of poop” was just a sign of things to come. Before he knew it, my poor husband was coated in baby poop, all the way up to his elbows! If only he had been a little faster or a little slower in removing and replacing the diaper.
